It was also reported that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">51% of adults who feel stressed reported that they also felt depressed, and 61% said that they were anxious.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">37% of adults who reported that they felt stressed also said they felt lonely.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stress is something most of us have experienced and is extremely common. However, while it may be common, many of us don\u2019t know how damaging it can be, and more importantly, how to destress.
