We have an FAQ section that you can take a look at if you have any uncertainty or additional questions. 

  • Once you have found that perfect deal, all you have to do is click the ‘Get Deal’ button. From here, you will be taken directly to the brand’s where to complete your purchase, and the prices shown will include the applied discount.
    If an offer requires a discount code, then all you have to do is click ‘Get Code’. You will then be provided with a voucher code to use at checkout. You can then copy the code and use it purchasing a product on the brand’s website. We also provide printable vouchers and e-vouchers, which you can use in-store. All of the information is provided in the T&C's on each offer page. 

  • The discounts listed on our website can be found by searching in the bar at the top of the page or by category function in the menu bar. If you can’t find a specific brand or discount, we, unfortunately, don’t have an offer at that particular time. However, please take a look at our website, as you may find some great alternatives. 
    We are always working hard to secure new discounts with the best brands. If you have any recommendations about what you would like to see, please let us know. We’d love to hear from you. 

  • It is worth noting that members that are eligible can sign up to our scheme without proof of their role. However, once you have signed into your member profile, you will notice that there are various deals and discounts to choose from. Please note that these deals have their own terms and conditions. For instance, a large majority of these listings will require identification. These circumstances are dependent on the arrangement we have with our partners. 

  • If you see an unavailable message, then, unfortunately,  this means that the offer has now expired and is no longer available. Our team is always working hard to bring you the latest deals, so why not take a look around our website to see if there are any alternatives? 

  • Typically, our discounts are claimed through our website. However, some stores may give you a discount when presenting your ID card - but this is not one of our offers.

  • Currently, we do not provide a discount card, as all our discounts are claimed through our website. However, what we do offer is the Ode card. The Ode card is a pre-paid cashback card that can be used when shopping online and in-store.

    With the Ode card, you can earn up to 12% cashback when shopping at qualifying retailers. Please note that some stores may offer an in-store discount after displaying ID; this is not one of our offers.
