How to Use Your Account

 

Welcome to our Account & Login page. On this page, you will find the answers to all of the frequently asked questions we receive relating to your account and logging in.

  • If your profile is not showing as 100%, please do not worry. You can still access and use our discounts without fully completing your profile. If you would like to complete your account, all you have to do is visit your account settings and complete the following steps:
    - Email Address
    - Name
    - Member Type 
    - Insurance and utility renewal dates
    - Tell a Friend
    Please note that you are not required to provide this information as it is optional. However, it helps us understand our members to improve our service and get the best discounts continually. 

  • If you have forgotten your email address and cannot log into your account,  please request a password reset. You can send the password reset to any email address you have access too.  From here, you can alter your details and reclaim access to your account. 

    Are you still struggling to log into your account? Send an email to [email protected] outlining your name and the issue. Once you have alerted us of the issue, we can check our system for your account and verify your details. From here, we can update your password and help you gain access.

  • Have you forgotten your password? Not to worry, it happens to us all. We are here to help. Please follow these steps to reset your password:
    1)  Click the ‘Sign In’ button, then choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
    2) Once you have clicked ‘Forgot Password', you can enter an email address linked to your member account. You will then be sent a password reset email with steps to guide you on how you can change your password. 
    3) Please make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder when searching for the password reset email.
    4) Not received an email? Our team are here to help. Send an email to [email protected] detailing the issues you are having and your full name. 
    We can search for your account and help you reset your password. However, you will be required to provide details that match up with your account on our system. Once these details have been provided we can then process your request.

    Please send us an email to [email protected] from the address you registered with outlining the issues you are having and your full name. When you provide this information, it means we can check our systems to help verify your details and resolve the matter. 

  • We are sorry to see you go! We like to regularly update our members with the best and latest discounts in our email newsletter. That way, you don’t miss out on any incredible savings.
    To unsubscribe, all you have to do is click the link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Alternatively, you can log in to your member account and opt-out from our mailing list.
    Are you still receiving emails from us? Please contact our team, and we can help you with your request. 

  • We are sorry to see you go. We hate to see our members unsubscribe from our scheme because we’d hate for you to miss out on incredible savings!
    Would you like to leave our discount scheme and have your data deleted? No worries. All you have to do is send an email to our Data Protection Officer. Please send the email from the account you registered with at [email protected] and include your full name and details of your request. 
    When you send this information, it allows our Data Protection Officer to initiate the process. They will check our systems to verify your details, locate your account and delete the information under the GDPR.
