How to Use Your Account


Welcome to our Account & Login page. On this page, you will find the answers to all of the frequently asked questions we receive relating to your account and logging in.

  • If your profile is not showing as 100%, please do not worry. You can still access and use our discounts without fully completing your profile. If you would like to complete your account, all you have to do is visit your account settings and complete the following steps:
    - Email Address
    - Name
    - Member Type 
    - Insurance and utility renewal dates
    - Tell a Friend
    Please note that you are not required to provide this information as it is optional. However, it helps us understand our members to improve our service and get the best discounts continually. 

  • If you have forgotten your email address and cannot log into your account,  please request a password reset. You can send the password reset to any email address you have access too.  From here, you can alter your details and reclaim access to your account. 

    Are you still struggling to log into your account? Send an email to [email protected] outlining your name and the issue. Once you have alerted us of the issue, we can check our system for your account and verify your details. From here, we can update your password and help you gain access.

  • Forgetting your password is easily done. Thankfully, we are here to help you gain access to your account. If you have forgotten your password, then please follow these steps:


    1. Firstly, you need to click the ‘Sign In’ button and choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
    2. After clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ option, you will be asked to enter an email address linked to your member account. From here, you will be sent a password reset email with clear steps on how you can change your password.
    3. Sometimes, these emails can end up in your Junk/Spam, so make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder when searching for the password reset email.
    4. If you are struggling to change your password after following the steps provided, then please contact us detailing the issues you are having and your full name.


    Once you have provided information to validate your account, we can search for your account on our system, process your request, and help you change your password.

    Please send us an email to [email protected] from the address you registered with outlining the issues you are having and your full name. When you provide this information, it means we can check our systems to help verify your details and resolve the matter.

    To unsubscribe, all you have to do is click the link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Alternatively, you can log in to your member account and opt-out from our mailing list.

  • We don't like to lose our members because we know you will miss out on great savings. If you do wish to leave our discount scheme and have your member data deleted, please email our Data Protection Officer from the email address registered to your member account at [email protected]

    Please include your full name and details of your request.

    This allows our Data Protection Officer to start the process needed to check our systems to verify your details, locate your account and delete your data under GDPR.
