• Terms and Conditions

  The energy regulator Ofgem reviews and sets the maximum rates we can charge for gas and electricity on our variable tariffs. This is the energy price cap. The cap is reviewed every three months in January, April, July and October.
  Please remember – it’s the standing charge and cost per unit of energy that’s a set rate – not your bill which will vary depending on how much energy you use.
