In these terms and conditions of entry ("Discounts for Carers Discount Terms and Conditions") the following definitions apply:
Discounts for Carers shall mean the discount platform operated by Discounts for Carers. Discount Code shall mean the unique promotional code provided to eligible Discounts for Carers members for use when booking online admission tickets.
"West Midlands Safari Park/ WMSP/ Park/ Us/ We/ Our" shall mean West Midland Safari Park Limited, a company registered in England with company number: 06449517. "Park" shall mean West Midlands Safari Park or any part of it.
"Guest/ You/ Individual" shall mean any individual visiting the Park. Our Park and Ticket Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and visits. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or modify the Discounts for Carers Discount offer at any time, without prior notice.
This offer is subject to availability and may be limited during peak times or at the Park's discretion.
Eligibility
Eligible members of Discounts for Carers are entitled to receive up to 10% off our dynamic online admission prices when booking online, using a valid Discount Code.
You must access your discount code through the Discounts for Carers platform via their website or app. This offer is strictly available to those holding a valid Discounts for Carers membership and is not valid for individuals without registration on the platform.
Booking
Discount Codes must be used online only and apply to admission-only tickets.
The discount is valid for all admission tickets per booking and can only be used once per member.
Discount Codes must be correctly entered into the 'Discount Code' box on the booking page before clicking the 'Redeem' button. Once successfully applied, a green ticket icon will appear below the box and the discounted ticket prices and reduction will be clearly displayed before proceeding to the payment page. Guests are responsible for ensuring their code has been correctly entered and applied before completing their booking. If a code is not applied or entered incorrectly, we are unable to retrospectively apply the discount or offer a partial refund. Wristbands for theme park rides can be added as extras at the standard online price, but the discount does not apply to ride bundle tickets.
Standard admission prices are £32 per person (ages 3+). Children under 3 are free for admission (wristbands charged separately). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted ticket, including, but not limited to, dynamic pricing or promotional discounts.
Ride wristbands, guidebooks, Safari Tours, VR ride, VIP Experiences and other extras are not included in this discount.
Height and safety restrictions apply to all rides.
You will receive a free return valid for 6 months from your visit date when booking with the Discounts for Carers Discount offer. Free Return Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions apply.
Guests (3+) who require additional support in order to visit will need to apply online, at least 7 working days in advance of their first visit, with our partner Nimbus Disability. Applications are free, or you can choose to pay £15 to upgrade to an Access Card. For more information about accessibility click here. We regret that we are no longer able to accept any other documents on the day; all guests requiring a free essential companion ticket must apply through Nimbus. Bookings made using a Discount Code cannot be amended to apply a code retrospectively.
Discount Codes are not valid for special or evening events, including but not limited to our Santa Safari event.
Validity
The Discounts for Carers member must be the lead booker and must be able to present proof of membership via the Discounts for Carers platform on the day of the visit, if requested.
Discount Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or combined with any other offer. Discount Codes may be time-limited and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
West Midlands Safari Park reserves the right to add blackout dates or restrict availability during peak periods.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel discounted tickets if valid proof of membership is not presented on the day of your visit, when requested. Screenshots or expired memberships will not be accepted.
Misuse of the Discount Code, including unauthorised sharing or use by non-members, may result in cancellation without refund and exclusion from future offers.
