Where do you find your digital ID card?
You can find your Digital ID card in the top right corner of your screen when you are logged into your account. Simply click on the Digital ID icon, and you will see your digital ID card appear on the screen.
If you’re using your account on your mobile, then simply press the three lines in the top right-hand corner of your screen and then select ‘digital ID’.
How does the digital ID card work?
The digital ID is a convenient and easy-to-access way to get in-store discounts without sharing private information. Obtaining carers discounts has never been easier as you can use your digital ID card on the go to prove your member identity. As its name would suggest, the digital ID card is digital, so it is stored online. So, there is no need to add another membership card to your purse or wallet!
